Our supplier for connectivity to London are performing works on their network in London. During this time there will be no connectivity for VoIP and internet access. The internet light on your router may turn red during the time.
Please make sure your router is left powered on, do not use the factory reset button. Internet will come back online automatically once the works are complete.
