B4SH Network Status

To keep you informed of the Network and Service we aim to update this page with information and network news as soon as possible to keep customers informed about any planned engineering or any unplanned incidents as and when they happen.

To log a network issues or report a fault customers should email helpdesk@B4SH.org.uk or call 01483 347437.

Our engineers are based locally. This means we can respond quickly and the majority of faults are resolved either same day or the next day.

Current Network Status:

Planned Work:
There are no planned works.

Recent network events:
2026-03-04 12:10: Customers in the Willinghurst, Stroud Lane, Smithwood Common and Shamley Green area are offline due to a power cut affecting the cabinet serving the area and the continuity battery running out of power. Service has since been restored.

Zyxel do not provide a comprehensive manual for the router. If you wish to configure a function and are unable to find what you need in the admin interface please get in touch. We can provide help.
