Enjoy features like alarm system monitoring, remote CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone services, allowing you to ditch those old landline charges while keeping your existing numbers.

PRICING

Every residential property can enjoy a truly unlimited 1 Gig symmetrical service – both upload and download – for just £45 per month (VAT included)

While many broadband providers reserve this exceptional service for businesses at a hefty price, we believe everyone deserves high-speed internet.

There’s a one-time setup fee of £150 (VAT included) for the modem and fibre installation. However, this fee is waived for properties participating in the Gigabit Voucher Scheme.

The only additional cost may involve digging a duct across your property from the boundary, which can be handled by the homeowner. We’re happy to provide a quote for this service if needed.

Residential

Every residential property will receive a totally unlimited 1 Gig up and down service for £45 per month including VAT. *

Plus router set-up of £150 including VAT. This charge will be waived for properties covered by the Gigabit Voucher Scheme.

Small Business

Businesses with up to 5 staff or revenue of up to £1m pay just £37.50 + VAT per month (£45 including VAT). *

Plus router set-up of £125 + VAT (£150 including VAT). This charge will be waived for properties covered by the Gigabit Voucher Scheme.

SME

Business with 6 to 15 staff or revenue over £1m pay just £75 + VAT per month (£90 including VAT).*

Plus router set-up of £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT). This charge will be waived for properties covered by the Gigabit Voucher Scheme.

Enterprise

Business with more than 15 staff – Please contact us. We just need to understand your networking requirements to provide a quote for pricing.

Service Now (SNOW) for customers with existing contracts

Residential and micro customers with existing contracts can enjoy our standard service for as low as £5¹ per month!

This offer includes our standard service – no reductions in speed or customer support.

Eligibility Conditions:

New customers must email proof of their current broadband contract’s start and end dates.
Your existing contract must be for 24 months or less:
- £5¹/month for contracts running 1-12 months
- £10¹/month for contracts running 13-24 months

For instance, if you have 15 months left on your contract, you’ll pay £10/month for the first 3 months, then just £5/month for the following 12 months.

Customers agree to switch to the standard tariff after their existing contract ends or after the 25th month, whichever comes first.

A one-time setup fee of £150 applies if you do not qualify for the Gigabit Voucher.

Please note: The B4SH contract start date is the date of your connection, and this tariff is available only in active build areas.

Social Tariff

B4SH has a Social Tariff. You could be entitled to a reduced payment of £20¹/month (usually £45/month) if you are in receipt of Council Tax Support (formerly Council Tax Benefit).

There is no reduction in service speed or support levels for customer on our Social tariff customers who receive our usual, standard service.

Eligibility Conditions:

Please note that council tax single person discount and student exemption do not qualify for our social tariff.
Customers can apply for the Social Tariff before they are connected, or when they are already taking service.
Social Tariff customers must provide B4SH with a copy of a Council Tax bill which shows that they are receiving Council Tax Support (formerly Council Tax Benefit).
Once a customer is on the Social Tariff, it is their responsibility to inform B4SH if their circumstances change, and they no longer qualify.
B4SH will check eligibility with customers annually, although we reserve the right to check more frequently if we deem appropriate.

This tariff is available only in active build areas.
