To ensure we can continue delivering the best possible service, we occasionally review our pricing structure. This allows us to invest in the infrastructure and technology that keep our network running smoothly. What’s Changing? From 1 May 2026, we will be making three adjustments: 1. Admin Charges: A modest increase to help cover the growing operational costs of maintaining and expanding our network. They will increase from £75 to £80. 2. Router Setup Charge: An update to reflect the improved features and support included with our latest router technology. They will increase from £150 to £170. This charge is waived for customers with a Gigabit Voucher. 3. Garden Dig Charge: The one-off charge for B4SH to complete a standard garden dig will increase from £180 to £200. Non-standard garden dig charges will continue to be quoted and agreed before work is completed. These changes are essential to sustain our full-fibre network and ensure we can continue to provide the high-quality service you rely on. What’s Staying the Same? We know how important predictable pricing is for our customers. That’s why we’re pleased to confirm your monthly subscription fee remains unchanged. Since we launched, we have never increased our monthly subscription fee—and that hasn’t changed. Your regular service costs will stay exactly the same, so you can continue to enjoy fast, reliable broadband without any surprises. Why Are We Making These Changes? By adjusting our admin and setup fees, we can continue to invest in the technology and infrastructure that make B4SH a sustainable, community-focused provider. This ensures we can keep delivering the service you expect, both now and in the future. What Do You Need to Do? There’s no action required from you. The updated charges will apply automatically to new installations and administrative processes from 1 May 2026.
