“Broadband for Surrey Hills (B4SH) wants to solve the broadband problems affecting the Surrey Hills so is installing a hyperfast, independent, reliable broadband network bringing fibre to homes and businesses. Now Shere Parish Council has agreed to buy £500 of shares (the minimum amount allowed) to indicate support for the B4SH objectives and in recognition of the benefit to Peaslake and Holmbury St Mary if councillors were able to influence where future routing should go.”
